Knitted Sling

Actually it's a snood.
You might recognise it from this post.
We've been into Birmingham today and my stupid, foolish, lovely husband failed to place the neatly folded ring sling into his bag as per my direct request.

Luckily I was wearing the snood. It's a little stretched now, but it worked just fine!

    Yay, what a comfy, warm sling!! I should say it is a bit stretched now, but what a brilliant idea!

    We forgot to bring little DD's shoes once when going to a country park and she was too big for the sling. I blamed DH too. :)

    Very resourceful. Maybe you could knit a supersize snood and hot wash it into a felted sling...........

    I've washed the snood / sling and it is rather large still. May be it can be reinvented once more ... watch this space!
