It's been a while since I made a card.
Lazy I guess.
But this is for the mother-in-law who is a card maker herself. She actually appreciates a handmade card and the thought which goes into it.
The ladybird is a stamp I got free from a magazine. Not that long ago, I think it was possibly Simply Homemade. I coloured it with my watercolour pencils. Papers came from my stash, and the greeting is handwritten.

I seriously need to start making cards, I see so many nice ones on the linky and they're often so much better than shop boughts and made for a fraction of the cost and also more gratefully received I'm sure, yours looks very professional. x

ReplyDeleteLove the colours of this card, bet your MIL loved it. I only make handmade cards for people who will appreciate the effort. Not everyone does.
